Organizations

The difference between the desire to win and the desire not to lose is the contrast between success and mediocrity. Success is therefore no coincidence. Rather, it is a journey that only we ourselves can undertake, always one step at a time.

If you want to improve or even change something in your organization, in your team and/or in your professional life and career, then take on the project. As your coach I will accompany and empower you throughout this change process.

Change things today!

In all areas of life, strengthening one’s personality (personal empowerment) is the most important prerequisite on which success and failure depend.I am convinced that we are our best teacher. When the student is ready, he or she will teach himself or herself. If theyare not ready, they will not learn anything. As a coach I can accompany the teacher and the student within these learning processes and give them the support they need in order to fulfill their aspirations.

Coaching, in this sense, means nothing more than providing access and creating space for:

Dissolving negative patterns, blockages, conflicts and fears.

Linking resources (which already exist in each one of us).

Forming new (your own and thus true) beliefs and goal sets.

Creating new skills or linking existing skills with one another.

The ultimate objective: the (further) development OUT OF YOURSELF emerges sustainably, and thus works in everyday life. The client will never have to ask, “what did I learn in coaching and how should I use it now?” The change happens “on its own”. You as a client have the change competence and as a coach, I have the methodical competence.

[cq_vc_accordion accordionstyle=”style2″ contentcolor=”#333333″ contentbg=”#ffffff” titlebg=”#ffffff” titlehovercolor=”#333333″ titlehoverbg=”#ffffff” extra_class=”smart_drops”][cq_vc_accordion_item accordiontitle=”Method”]The program of my coaching is designed in such a way that I will accompany you during the process of delving into the deepest spheres of your mind, enabling you to identify the hidden resources, which are already lying within YOU, and then activating them. Activating your own resources is needed in order to face any change in your current life circumstances.

In principle, we humans are not bound or constrained by anything but internalized imprints and beliefs that we have adopted through others. Such beliefs are often difficult for us to identify and recognize because they are so profoundly integrated into our everyday lives, often since our early childhood. It is difficult for us to obtain the necessary distance from them to be able to identify them in the first place. This is where I come in and by mainly applying the “St. Gall Coaching Model (SCM)®” during my coaching sessions, I support my clients in looking at their “blind spots”, where they will find out what lies beneath any unwillingness and impossibility to change.

St. Gall Coaching Model (SCM) ®

Three independent scientific studies validated the “St. Gall Coaching Model (SCM)®”, in 2011, 2014 and 2017, thus clearly confirming its long-term efficacy.[/cq_vc_accordion_item][/cq_vc_accordion]

Value-oriented coaching

In contrast to most coaching forms which are applied nowadays, which are goal-oriented, this is value-oriented coaching. Based on this methodology, we assume that we humans primarily want to multiply and fulfill our individual values, or try to avoid harm to our values from the outside. Therefore, goals, seen from this perspective, are only functions of our deepest values.

At various levels, always based on the value initially chosen and developed by the client in a specific context, all processes are systemically Given the fact that the entire system is included and considered within the coaching processes allows the results to be sustainable and my clients can automatically transfer what they learnt during the sessions in their everyday life.

All development-relevant elements and their relationship structures as well as dynamics are included and considered in the development process. The client learns to “look at the big picture” (system): they learn (probably for the first time), “what’s really going on,” and now understand why previous attempts to fix the problem or achieve the goal were unsuccessful.
All processes follow a clearly defined structure and are solution-oriented as well as resource-oriented. This is a method that allows me to coach independently of context, because as a coach what I do is process work on the personality and identity level. This means that I will never consult and give advice at the content level.

Why the path leads through knowledge and realization

Greater knowledge and insight of ourselves enables us to free ourselves from the shackles of our own thoughts and constraints, allowing us to transcend our outer boundaries with the resources we have. Our natural talents and abilities are already anchored within us, but are often hidden just below the surface.

Winston Churchill once said, “The price of greatness is responsibility.” Once we recognize why we are dissatisfied, why we really suffer, or why we keep attracting certain (unwanted) situations and/or people over and over in our lives, we bear the responsibility of doing everything to change those undesirable situations and circumstances. Veritable insight allows us to “avoid” painful experiences and prevent them from entering our lives.

During the coaching process you will acquire a variety of new techniques and strategies that will allow you to rectify “incorrect” beliefs which most of the time are old and often deadlocked convictions.[/cq_vc_accordion_item][/cq_vc_accordion]

[cq_vc_accordion accordionstyle=”style2″ contentcolor=”#333333″ contentbg=”#ffffff” titlebg=”#ffffff” titlehovercolor=”#333333″ titlehoverbg=”#ffffff”][cq_vc_accordion_item accordiontitle=”Different techniques in the context of coaching processes”]If desired, the techniques listed below can also be integrated during the coaching processes.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

This is a model allowing you to learn the language of your mind. While “Neuro” refers to your Neurology and “Linguistic” refers to language, the “Programming” refers to the “how”: how that neural language is going to function. Integrated NLP in a coaching process is a highly effective tool for influencing our own behavior (a programmed sequence of various activities stored in our brain) through selected verbal and physical language. “Old” limiting programs and belief systems could be discarded because the crucial component of a limiting belief will be found and deactivated. Belief strategies have a certain structure and can therefore be elicited. They can be changed by conscious intervention at the deepest level of thinking. The limiting belief is changed throughout this process. This means that the old approaches are no longer appropriate and therefore new strategies have to be created. This is where the new (desired) behavior (reprinting) can and will be developed.

NLP is very efficient especially in the following areas

Enhanced and targeted communication with others both in personal relationships and in professional situations.

Self-motivation with regard to our vision, mission and goals.

Raising self-awareness through increased ability of perception.

Trance work on the basis of Milton Erickson

If you choose to include some trance work in the coaching process, please be aware that I am only working with “wake-trance”. This means that my clients are at the mental level: alert and fully awake. At the body level, they are in a deep state of relaxation. Trance work should by no means be confused with hypnosis!

Working with “wake-trances” during the coaching process allows my clients to open up to skills that are often unavailable while they are awake. Here are some examples: remediating sleep disorders, accelerating healing (e.g. following surgery), reducing or eliminating pain, increasing learning performance (including in sports), separating feelings and/or painful experiences, and much more!

Through my work in awake trance, I am able to help empower my clients to achieve an altered state of consciousness that allows them to more rapidly realize desired changes toward their set goals.[/cq_vc_accordion_item][/cq_vc_accordion]

Different Coaching Processes

Our potential consists of a function of three main elements:

  1. Our natural talents
  2. Our personal belief systems
  3. Our inner drive

ONLY if you truly are conscious about all three elements and know how to foster each one of them will you be able to achieve the success that you aspire to.

This requires that you first learn how to activate those resources that are already within you. As your coach, I will support you in identifying the relevant resources, then activating them so that the three elements can mutually support each other, allowing you to find your own professional self-determination.[/cq_vc_accordion_item][/cq_vc_accordion]

Providing your employees with individual organizational coaching shows them that you value them and would like to foster their professional potential. Helping your employees to increase their skill set is a testament to true leadership. With your employees feeling appreciated, you are not only boosting their performance and commitment, but also their well-being and health.

I will accompany your organization and team members on the path to enhance their individual competence. This can only happen if our outer world is also a reflection of our inner world, and it is in this inner world where the three main elements of each potential meet (the natural talents, the belief systems and the inner impulse). As coach I will sharpen your employees’ tools in order for the three main components to get together. A knife needs friction to bring out its fullest potential. The same goes for each one of us; being empowered to increase our capacity allows our character and performance to expand to its fullest.[/cq_vc_accordion_item][/cq_vc_accordion]

John D. Rockefeller

We can decide for ourselves to become excellent in our area of responsibility and within a team through our own initiatives and systematic strategies. Nobody can do as much for us as we can for ourselves.

Our self-esteem has its roots in the sense of mastery and competence in something that is important to us. It is the knowledge of one’s own abilities, of being valued by others and making a meaningful contribution to a common cause.

This coaching accompanies the team members to filter the knowledge of their own skills such as talents and to help optimize them. (Process work to optimize the relationship climate and increase the efficiency and performance of the entire team).

Determined and successful people reflect their inner convictions in the outer world. Passive people reflect the outer world in their inner belief system and thus are at the mercy of the arbitrariness of the outer world. In team coaching, each team member will assume responsibility, which leads to increased focus, goal recognition, commitment and energy throughout the process. Each individual recognizes and discovers oneself as part of a whole being responsible for the team growth and therefore of significant importance for the company growth.[/cq_vc_accordion_item][/cq_vc_accordion]

[cq_vc_accordion accordionstyle=”style2″ contentcolor=”#333333″ contentbg=”#ffffff” titlebg=”#ffffff” titlehovercolor=”#333333″ titlehoverbg=”#ffffff”][cq_vc_accordion_item accordiontitle=”Coaching for resolution of team conflicts”]« I cannot say whether things will get better if we change; what I can say is that they must change if they are to get better ».

Georg Lichtenberg

Sooner or later in each team there will be one conflict or another. Frequent topics and reasons for conflicts within a team could be (perceived) lack of recognition, lack of success, lack of decision-making, overarching disharmony, the question of affiliation, different pace of work and performance expectations, inadequate leadership skills, (lack of) room for creativity, hierarchy violations, envy, aggressive (often latent) behavior, and much more.

Assuming that conflicts pass on their own is not the case and may result in a high price to be paid (including actual financial costs!). Without specific intervention, they intensify until the first symptoms become noticeable: increasing dissatisfaction resulting in listlessness, failure in performance, frequent illness, and high staff turnover, which is poisonous for any business. This is exactly where valuable knowledge is lost by the service providers and trust in the company increasingly decreases among the remaining employees and colleagues.

My task here is to promote team development through targeted processes so that conflicts that have arisen can be sustainably resolved. Each team development is primarily a relationship development; my coaching approach will first and foremost aim to ensure that all members of the team truly aim to work in an atmosphere of trust, openness, creativity and motivation as part of the team coaching. This means that this form of coaching directs its focus and strength on the needed tasks, and does not put all the energies into analyzing competitive behavior, egocentricity, and personal conflict patterns or hierarchy problems.

An essential part of this team coaching is the cooperation of the individuals (team members), so that a systemically correct and parallel cooperation can be created.  It is only then that the team can (again) realize its full potential resulting in a successful experience. The pre-existing conflicts, which sometimes “paralyzed” the team, now create room for the perceptions of all the strengths and weaknesses of the individual and the group. This crucial process of perception ultimately allows all team members to appreciate what is really going on and understand “what it’s all about”. The team is now transformed into a “bigger” whole: a newly created system to which all of the team members contributed.[/cq_vc_accordion_item][/cq_vc_accordion]

During this session, after having taken into consideration your request as well as the context and complexity of the topic, I will inform you as to the number of sessions required for the entire coaching process (group sessions and /or individual sessions with each team member)

The number of needed sessions do vary. However, business coaching requires at least 4 sessions.

Individual session: each session with ONE CLIENT lasts about 1.5 hours. Several sessions can take place consecutively.

Group processes only after a thorough analysis of the context and its complexity will I be able to inform you about the number of days needed for the team/group coaching. In general team coaching requires at least 4 entire days, but ideally 5 days.
